  • We’re long-time islanders raising our family in paradise, so we truly understand what families need when traveling and settling in. As local business owners and the founders of Betty, a beloved island surf boutique, we hear every day what visitors want most: ease, comfort, and trusted local guidance. Liz’s experience as a travel agent adds another layer, allowing us to anticipate needs before they arise. We combine local insight, thoughtful service, and real-world experience to help families feel supported, relaxed, and at home from the moment they arrive. We can help you with more than rentals, especially good ole local guidance on what to do and where to go!

  • Shoreline ease co is happy to deliver to your hotel, family home, rental home, etc. We can set up for you prior to your arrival or leave somewhere safe outside or inside with a door/gate code. We customize each delivery experience with each unique family. We know that delays can happen so we remain as flexible as possible. 


  • yes.  we charge a flat fee depending on miles from our office.  It is a small fee and a one time fee.  it includes the delivery and pickup in one.  you will find it less expensive than other services and without extra *fees* added on 

  • Do you need diapers, wipes, bottles or baby food? These items and others can be purchased for you, and we deliver them along with your equipment. Everything you need can be waiting for you upon your arrival. We can pick up your groceries and put them away for you. Need to send something we cannot rent? We can give you our address to ship amazon packages to us to be delivered with your order. Have a special event or request? We will do best to make it happen!

  • We do! Reach out to us and we will be glad to get you one.

  • 3 day minimum order. If you only need it for one day, it will still allow the booking, but the cost will still be for 3 days.  We have this min. as wear and tear on our gear doesn’t make it worth it for less. 

  • All of Pinellas county. Our Office is located on St. Pete Beach. 

  • We recommend that you book as soon as your vacation is planned. Farther in advance the better. Last minute trips do happen and will try our best to accommodate!

  • All our premium baby and toddler rental equipment has been purchased new by Liz. We are meticulous in maintaining our products, which are thoroughly sanitized and checked for wear and tear after each and every rental. While all our equipment will be gently used, when any damage or serious wear is noted, we immediately replace the product. Our gently used equipment is always donated to a women’s shelter in St. Petersburg 

  • We always use non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning products to maintain ultra-clean, hygienic, and health-conscious equipment for your children. All our products are thoroughly and meticulously cleaned after each and every use, and we always ask ourselves “Would I want my own child to use this product?” before we deliver it to you.

  • Cancellation outside of 7 days will be refunded minus payment service fee (see below). Orders canceled after that time period will be charged 50% of ordering costs. Orders canceled on the same day of delivery will be fully charged fully.

    >7 days cancellation: 100% minus the payment fee we have for credit cards.

    =<7 days cancellation: 50% is refunded

    Same day cancellation: No Refund

  • W are not authorized to install car seats. Manuals are available for all of our products, upon request. We also recommend that you visit our local fire stations and arrange their help with installation. You may also try the Child Passenger Safety Contacts.

  • YES! Our full-size rental cribs are a wonderful choice to keep your baby or child happy in bed when away from home! They are JPMA certified full-size cribs with a unique folding design, allowing easier transportation and set up than the full-size crib you have at home. The dimensions of our full size cribs when assembled are: 54″ x 31″ x 46″.

  • Monday- Sunday: 8am-7pm

    We know sometimes you have an early flight. We almost always can arrange for pickup between our business hours, but if you absolutely need it outside of that window, please reach out. 

  • Yes. But not all orders are guaranteed to be fulfilled due to inventory. If we can, there will be an expedited fee of $25 involved with the order of short notice (24 hours).
